Creating H3RO was a no-brainer. I wanted a natural, transparent protein bar, made only with real ingredients. No artificial additives. No chemicals. No compromise.
I've tasted hundreds of bars that didn't align with my vision: too sweet, too processed, too far removed from natural ingredients.
So I decided to do things differently.
I love training hard.

Why I created H3RO
H3RO started out in the field.
I was looking for a bar that was simple, nourishing, easy to understand —
something I could take anywhere.
A bar made with quality ingredients, clearly identifiable.
A short recipe, with nothing unnecessary.
With my partners and a lab, we tested, refined, improved… until we found a
formula that truly felt like us.
